Project Description

Manufactured, installed and tested a new water treatment system for feeding steam boilers.

All materials were marine grade stainless steel. Involved supplying:

• 2 stainless steel storage tanks each with a capacity of 350 tonnes
• all process pipework, including
  • main flow pipework
  • chemical injection
  • instrumentation
  • pumps
  • valves

Pipework and support frames were fabricated in our workshops, then tested and installed onsite.
